We are so proud of our range, our food is hypoallergenic and our online shop will only ever stock high quality ‘grain free’ foods as we are very aware that grains such as maize, lentils and rice have very little if any nutritional value to our much loved dogs.

Our main aim is to continue to offer foods using the best possible quality of British raw ingredients and to promise to refrain from adding bulking ingredients to reduce our production costs.

You will see that prices vary from one food to another and this is simply because some raw ingredients are more expensive than others and so it has become increasingly difficult to have one price for all recipes.

We are always here to answer any questions you may have and can assure you that our recipes will not change in the future so that we can maintain the highest quality kibble that you all know and love!

A new look is coming to our 'Working Dog' bags

You may notice a new look to your dog’s food over the coming weeks and months, so we wanted to let you know what’s changing.

Our manufacturer is introducing new packaging across the range, replacing the current brown paper sacks with new fully recyclable packaging.

As part of this packaging change, our 15kg Working Dog bags will move to a new 13.5kg pack size.

There’s no single changeover date. The existing 15kg bags will continue to be supplied while stocks last, with each recipe moving across to the new 13.5kg bag as the current packaging runs out.

So don’t worry if one flavour changes before another. The transition will happen gradually across the range.

While the bag may look a little different, the food and recipes inside aren’t changing.

The new packaging also comes with some handy improvements:

Fully recyclable packaging
Resealable top to help keep your dog’s food fresh
Viewing window so you can see the kibble inside
Improved packaging to help prevent the oil seepage that can sometimes occur with paper sacks
A more stable, flat-bottomed bag for easier storage

There’s another useful benefit for customers who like to order more than one bag at a time. Two of the new 13.5kg bags come to exactly 27kg, which is the maximum capacity for one of our DPD delivery boxes. This means you’ll be able to order two bags together within a single box delivery, making larger orders that little bit more convenient.

We’ll be updating each product on our website as it moves over to the new packaging, so you’ll always be able to see the current pack size when ordering.

There’s nothing you need to do. We simply wanted to give our regular Working Dog customers a heads-up before the new bags start arriving.
